Make Reporting Easier. c.Spot InterWorks in partnership with National Charity League, Inc. set out to develop a web application that provides NCL chapters a customizable content management system and single database for managing membership information and reports. NCL+Net is a suite of flexible tools for building online communities of patronesses and ticktockers, web-based communication, and easy capture of volunteer activities and hours reporting. Our integrated database approach reduces the amount of work required to set up and manage membership information while eliminating errors and time spent reporting hours to the national organization.

NCL+Net continues to evolve. We have added over 50 new features since 2008 and plan to keep adding more each year.

 

Membership Database

Features

Single log on username works on both National Charity League, Inc. and NCL+Net chapter website.

Shares a database with National Charity League, Inc. Updates are instantly coordinated.

Membership data fields record name, address, email, phone numbers, user names, passwords, Ticktockers associated with Patronesses, Member Type, Member Sub-Class, Member Status, positions held in organization, husband, birthday, maiden name, Member Sub-Groups, member photo, legacy, neighborhood, sorority, high school graduation year, school, comments, hobbies, other affiliations.

Hours and Reporting

Features

Members can enter League or Philanthropy hours and run reports.

Reports can be generated by members and by administrators. Administrators can generate reports for just one member, all members, or filtered groups of members.

Administrator can monitor/edit hours.

Philanthropy information

Add, edit, delete philanthropy information

Enter Funds Donated. You do not have to enter Patroness & Ticktocker hourly annual totals because the information is automatically generated based on your member’s input. Same with Value of In-Kind donations.

Chapter Board

  • Administrator can moderate enrollees of events. Administrator can send mass email reminders to enrollees of events. Admin can set auto-reminder email about event.
