• We have been working with NCL as a client for over a decade.
• c.Spot InterWorks' sister companies are Meta Research (a company that specializes in research, surveys and public opinion analysis) and Meta-Information Services (a company that manages large secure database records and manages political campaign operations.)  We all share the same office under one roof and have shared our skills and knowledge over the last 20 years.
• DotNetNuke (the Content Management System that we use as the core of NCL+Net) is the most widely used Open Source CMS system, used on over 500,000 websites worldwide, and is ranked the #1 Content Management System for Windows Servers.

Our Vision for NCL, Inc.:

Sam Oki, the president and owner of the c.Spot InterWorks, saw his wife and daughter go through the NCL program with the Sacramento Chapter.  Margaret, Sam's wife was the hours chairperson at the time.  Margaret was tediously keying in hours entries by hand when Sam noticed her difficult task and vowed to create a product where managing the hours, chapters, and entire NCL organization could simplify their tasks by going online. First friends before colleagues, Theresa Stamey, the NCL President in 2005, and Sam have been working together on this plan from the beginning stages of National Charity League's first website.

With NCL as our client, we focused on a vision to build the core of the organization from the top down.  NCL, Inc. now has a powerful, secure and robust system for managing the organization's unique needs.  This "top-down" philosophy has strengthened the organization's core values and flowed down to the Chapter portal sites.  Our individual portal sites, named "NCL+Net" are equipped with the features chapters want and the strong ties to the NCL, Inc. database.  Communication between NCL Inc, and your chapter is easier and simpler by being part of NCL+ Net, and grows stronger as we move into the future.
